My highest weight had been 263. That was about 3-4 years ago. I can happily say I’m 20 lbs lighter at 242 lbs :D

Day 2: got up and washed my face with Proactive. Then had a delicious breakfast of apple and jalepeno jelly on cream cheese on toast :) Had a small snack for lunch. Went to work then back to school. Haven’t had dinner yet, but my head has been killing me all day. I can’t wait to go home and eat something

Day 1: Brought Scott (my beau) to the airport to go to college in Wyoming >:( But, I’ve vowed to lose weight and become a healthier individual, not only for myself, but for him. I had a few munchkins from Dunkin Donuts with him on the ride to the airport. Then a subway sub for lunch. Had a nice little dinner of mashed carrots and yogurt. I’ve decided that instead of drinking coffee or anything unhealthy, I will only drink water. I will also go to the gum 5 days a week. I’m going to try to get into some yoga at home. I haven’t found anything I like yet though. Well, thus is Day 1!
